Bureau set to unveil new venues and facilities at Event UK 2009
The award-winning Staffordshire Stoke-on-Trent Conference Bureau will be making an eye-catching appearance at this years' Event UK exhibition, at the NEC in Birmingham on September 22nd and 23rd.

Bringing details of all of the venues and services it represents across the whole of Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, the Bureau will be introducing two new members - Haslington Hall, and Bretby Hotel and Conference Centre.
Haslington Hall is a Grade 1 listed property set within 25 acres of glorious countryside. The Hall itself dates back to 1545 and, following the recent completion of a £3.2 million refurbishment, has now opened its doors as an "Exclusive Use" venue. The Hall offers four lounge areas, and can cater for up to 80 guests. The Business Centre offers modern facilities within a secluded environment overlooking the estate's two lakes. All rooms are designed to a high specification and the centre offers a relaxed and informal "think tank" area furnished with beanbags and chalkboard walls. The estate boasts a fixed marquee catering for up to 120 guests with a view overlooking the surrounding countryside, and as an added 'perk' also offers the services of a butler!
Bretby Hotel and Conference Centre, meanwhile, provides extensive conference and training facilities with a range of lecture, syndicate and conference rooms. In addition to the large lecture theatre and exhibition hall, the banqueting suite seats up to 270 for dinner. Extensive free on-site parking along with 39 luxury en-suite bedrooms, complement the facilities at the Centre.
Finally, Keele Conferences has recently added Keele Hall to the Conference Bureau membership following the recent refurbishment of its Ballroom – making it the largest conference and banqueting room in Staffordshire, with the capacity to hold up to 480 people. The Staffordshire Stoke-on-Trent Conference Bureau is a previous winner of the M&IT "Best UK Convention Bureau". A member of the British Association of Conference Destinations (as well as the 'Meet Heart of England' consortium) it also operates a free Venue Finding Service for anyone enquiring about conference and meeting facilities in the region.
