Staffordshire Conference Bureau reveals new guide, new members and new website

The award-winning Staffordshire Stoke-on-Trent Conference Bureau has launched its newest guide.

Featuring full details of all 40 venues and services it now represents across the whole of Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, the Bureau has also added several new members to its impressive portfolio of properties, including Hoar Cross Hall, and Moddershall Oaks - two of the most luxurious and relaxing spa complexes in the midlands.

Having been voted England's leading resort at the World Travel Awards for the last five consecutive years, Hoar Cross Hall Spa Resort is a great new addition to the Bureau's impressive portfolio of members.

This stately home has been lovingly restored and features 96 en-suite bedrooms and four meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 150 theatre style.  With a 'work hard, play hard' ethos, Hoar Cross Hall is the perfect setting for business incentives and corporate hospitality.  It also offers an extensive range of luxurious spa facilities, including 80 treatment rooms, a 4,000 square foot gymnasium, two swimming pools, sauna and steam rooms, plus a 9-hole golf course and PGA professional.

Similarly, the Venue at Moddershall Oaks offers the perfect solution for events with exceptional facilities, modern design, award-winning cuisine and outstanding professional service.

Nestled in acres of picturesque grounds yet close to major travel links, this luxurious purpose built events venue boasts versatile event space, a stylish bar and foyer and events fields for teambuilding activities.  Carefully designed to allow the utmost in flexibility, with movable walls and state of the art AV facilities, the venue creates the perfect space for exhibitions, launches, conferences, private dinners and parties.

Other new members featured in the guide, meanwhile include the National Brewery Centre at Burton-upon-Trent, and the support services of Moorcroft Pottery and The Trentham Estate.

" We are hoping to provide organisers with a guide which includes a vast variety and diverse mix of high quality venues," says Bureau Manager, Claire Williams. "The guide is easy to navigate, and each page clearly shows the venue location in relation to key roads and access routes.  The new fold out map at the front of the guide allows organisers the overall view of Staffordshire when browsing through the guide - to help them source the perfect location for their next event".
